Peoples are very cautiuos of their diet their take each day as many kinds of diseases and sickness are on the rise each day. More and more people are very careful of the food they intake each day. Most people are taking alots of vegetable with their meals and follow by some fruits after each meals. The foods they take are simply fruits, vegetable, whole grains,nuts and legumes and combined with other important diet such as food low in calories and high fibres to loss weight naturally.

It's important to consume a wide variety of colorful plant foods to reap the health benefits. That's because each contains different phytochemicals that work synergistically to combat disease. So the phytochemicals in the pink grapefruit you ate for breakfast, for instance, may fight disease more effectively when combined with the avocado in your salad at lunch. There are many weight loss food for our daily diet and mostly this food are vegetable and fruits and most of this foods can help to fight disease.
