Most people would take supplements to help them lost weight or weight loss guild food to keep their weight down. The best weight loss food is the motivation in you to eat right and healthy and doing daily exercise to reach your goal of maintaining the ideal weight that you want to maintain.

Make a list of food that you eat each day as this will make you aware of emotional or unconscious eating. You can enjoy spicy, heated and fatty food but with the list you can cut down in eating such food. Take food that is low in fat and enjoy more vegetable foods. Take fruits as a dessert, fruits such as Papaya, banana, orange or apple. As a saying goes, An apple a day keeps the doctor away and the recently research by Germany scientist said An apple a day helps to keep colon cancer away.

Exercise is the most important factors to weight loss. A twenty minutes exercises a day will help you to burn more calories and increases bone density and beside help in the process of aging.
