Malaysian certainly have it good when comes to deliciously sinful food. But couple that with a lifestyle that revolves around late night snacks at mamak hangouts, and virtually to exercise, we have a fast expanding nations.

In studies conducted over recent years, a more and more Malaysians are beconing overweight and obese. So what is defined as begins overweight and obese? The signs are quite obvious.
