Fruits are considered the best weight loss food

Putting on weight is cause by the various food that we eat each day thats has more energy than our body needed. Food that helps us and the best considered for weight loss food are foods that can reduce the total energy consumption. Fruits which are often list as low in energy are considered the best weight loss food. Food that are low in calories are considered best to be weight loss food.

Others weight loss food are food that is low in fat as fat food as more energy then others kinds of food and twice as much as protein and carbohydrates food. If you are a sport person or people who exercises everyday then taking extra of fat food is not much the problems as you burn extra energy daily then people who never exercise. Food that is high in fiber are best for weight loss as fiber food feel our stomach faster then other food.
