High protein diets have come out ahead in weight loss food

The high protein Arkins diet tops charts as far as weight loss food is concerned, according to a year long study from Stamford Unerversity school of medicine. The study published recendly in the journey of the American Medical association, compared with Arkins programme with three others Zone, Ornish and the learn diet which follow the governments food pyramids that heavier on carbs.

This isn't the first time high protein diets have come out ahead in weight loss food studies, learding researchers to beleived that proteinrich food have an edge over carbohydrates in making someone fell full and satisfied, learning to more fat shedding success. Yes, complex crabs such as fruits and vegetables are essential for a balanced diet, but protein, experts say, might be the key to dropping pounds.

Excatly how that happens is still being studies, but most appetite and weight loss researchers think it has to do with the release of hormones that affects satiety, the satisfied feeling of having eaten enough.
