Vegetables and fruit for weight loss

Thinking of weight loss is a dream for ever overweight persons. Here are some tips to lost weight is to control your diet.

Taking crisp vegetables and fruit and avoild heated and greasy food. Cutting the size of food you take, go for small portion of meals. Eating 3 very heavy meals each day is not very good for our body, change to 4 small meals. Avoild high calorie foods

Drinking water each day as recommanded, eight glasses of eight oz each day. As water has no calories and is good to all bodily functions. Doing alot of excercise will help loss weight. Check your weight chart regularly to control your weight gain.
