Avoil eating at night for weight loss

Try to avoils foods that contains a lot of suger as sugar causes a steep rise in blood sugar levels and also cause weight gain. Eating a lot of nutritious food such as vegetables, fruits and cereal will help weight loss and also help to balance our diets. Breakfast is a must as our body wake up with empty stomach just a glass of fruit juice, a pieces of bread, a bowl of cereal and a cup of nutritions drinks.

Always enjoy your food by eating slowly and chewing it into small pieces before you swallow as it helps you to enjoy your food and at the same time it is easy to digest in your stomach. Drink water in between foods as you will enjoy the taste and flavour of the foods.

Never have heavy meals during night time, the best is try to avoil eating at night, if you are hungry have a light bite such as fruits, or a yogurt or even a glass of water.
